Balance (Grounding Blend):

– Blend of spruce, ho wood, blue barnweed, blue chamomile and frankincense
– Apply to the neck and wrists to promote feelings of calmness
– Combine with Epsom salts in a warm bath for relaxation

– Apply under feet to promote a sense of balance

Lavender:

Our natural carrier oil that is easily absorbed through the skin, making it an ideal oil for external applications. With its feather-light, soothing action, it forms a gentle barrier on the skin without clogging pores and is ideal for dry or problematic skin. Unlike other vegetable carrier oils, it makes the skin velvety soft and non-greasy. Fractionated coconut oil is completely soluble with all essential oils. It is colourless and odourless and leaves no residue.
